1.1 Account Registration Requirements

• To open an account at ou66, you must be 21+.
• Each individual may open only one account. A player account is personal and may not be shared with family members or anyone else.
• All information provided at registration (name, contact number, payment details) must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts opened with incorrect or incomplete information may be suspended by ou66 upon review.

1.2 One Account Per Player Policy

ou66 may check IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment details to verify that each player holds only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, ou66 will close them and any remaining funds will be reviewed before further action is taken.

1.3 Account Suspension and Termination

Players may contact Support to voluntarily close their account. ou66 may also suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice if any of the following are found—

• A breach of these Terms is detected
• Fraud or bonus abuse is identified
• There is evidence of use of prohibited methods
• If we find that you are under 21 years of age

2.1 Deposits

• Deposit methods available at ou66 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.
• Deposits are verified and confirmed according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
• Funds originating from illegal or unstable sources will not be accepted.
• Bank transfers must be made under the player's registered name. Deposits made under another person's name are not allowed.

2.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
• Players must have completed KYC (Identity Verification) before withdrawing.
• ou66 may require that withdrawals be made using the same method as the deposit.
• If you withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirement, all bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

ou66 offers first-time depositors a 100% deposit match welcome bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

• The bonus wagering requirement is bonus amount × 25x. This means bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the bonus has been wagered 25 times.
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 420,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total of 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Bonus Violations

• If a bonus is played using bonus hedging (betting on opposing outcomes), ou66 may void the bonus and reclaim any winnings.
• Promotions and bonuses may be changed, suspended, or cancelled by ou66 with prior notice.
• If ou66 determines that a bonus has been abused, that bonus and its associated winnings will be voided while the deposited funds remain protected.

3.3 VIP Program

ou66's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are upgraded as a player's activity increases.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

ou66 may apply wagering requirements to cashback rewards.

4.1 Actions Players Must Not Take

• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting software bugs, game server errors, or logic flaws to gain funds
• Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools during gameplay
• Using the ou66 platform as a method of money laundering
• Accessing and playing another person's account without the owner's permission
• Creating fake player accounts using fraudulent referral links to claim referral bonuses
• Bullying, threatening, or harassing ou66 staff, other players, or Support
